Grove Excavating was hired to assist in a building addition at Mary Frank Elementary School in Granger, Indiana.  Our scope of work included demolition of a multi level exterior staircase, reinforced concrete foundation & wingwall demolition, concrete pavement demolition, tree removal, selective demolition at soccer fields and entrance to school.  This project was completed on time and within budget.      

Grove Excavating was hired to provide excavation services for a new 14 lot development in Elkhart, Indiana.  Our scope of work included land clearing of several acres of forested land, pavement and concrete demolition, installation of sanitary sewer taps, installation of sanitary sewer laterals within the right-of-way, asphalt pavement restoration, concrete curb restoration and excavation/backfill for a large retaining wall foundation.  

Grove Excavating was hired to provide excavation services for a new 17 lot subdivision development in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Our scope of work included land clearing, sanitary sewer main line construction, sanitary sewer laterals, storm sewer installation, underdrain installation and construction of a new roadway.  

Grove Excavating was hired to assist in the selective demolition of an existing building and construction of a new building addition in South Bend, Indiana.  Our scope of work included the demolition of a 5,500 square foot building, concrete foundation demolition, land clearing, interior and exterior concrete pavement removal, storm sewer removal, clearing & grubbing, retention basin, foundation excavation & backfill, building pad, domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, prepping for new sidewalks & curbs, construction of new 27,000 square foot parking lot and restoring the site with topsoil upon completion. 

Grove Excavating was hired to provide excavation services for the construction of a 4,500 square foot building for the town of Wakarusa, Indiana.  Our scope of work included stripping the site, concrete demolition, asphalt pavement removal, retaining wall removal, foundation excavation & backfill, building pad, sanitary sewer tap, sanitary sewer & water service, storm sewer, retention basin, prepping for new concrete courtyard sidewalks and restoring the site with topsoil.   

Grove Excavating was hired to assist in the improvements at Penn High School varsity baseball field, junior varsity baseball field and junior varsity softball field.  Our scope of work included site stripping, land clearing, tree removal, stump grinding, prepping for sidewalks & bleacher pads, foundation excavation & backfill for four new dugouts, construction of new warning track & bullpens at JV baseball field and restoring the site with topsoil upon completion of work.  

Grove Excavating was hired to provide demolition services on a sidewalk replacement project in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Our scope of work included removing sidewalks and portions of a loading dock retaining wall.  This project was completed on schedule and within budget.  

Grove Excavating was hired to provide excavation services in Osceola, Indiana.  Our scope of work include stripping & removing existing baseball infield, furnishing & placing new infield mix, grading and topsoil restoration.  

Grove Excavating was hired to provide demolition and excavation services in South Bend, Indiana.  Our scope of work included demolition of industrial concrete, excavation & backfill for a new loading dock retaining wall foundation, excavating and installation for a trench drain, clearing & grubbing for a new dumpster pad and stone subbase for new concrete.   

Grove Excavating was hired to assist with this exterior campus improvement project in Goshen, Indiana.  Our scope of work included concrete pavement demolition, concrete stair demolition, flag pole removal, stripping & prepping for new concrete sidewalks and restoring the site with topsoil upon completion.  

Grove Excavating was hired for this subdivision development in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Our scope of work included asphalt pavement demolition, concrete curb demolition, sanitary sewer taps, sanitary sewer lateral installation, excavating a retention basin, asphalt pavement restoration, concrete curb restoration and restoring the site with topsoil.   

Grove Excavating was hired to assist in the construction of a new 19,000 square foot building in South Bend, Indiana.  Our scope of work included excavating and backfilling the foundations and constructing the building pad.  

Grove Excavating was hired to assist in an addition to the Alpha Dining Hall at Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana.  Our scope of work required us to demolish parts of the existing structure, site clearing, excavating for the building and retaining wall foundations, grading the building pad and sidewalks, tapping the water main and installing a fire suppression line.  

Grove Excavating was hired to perform the site work for a building addition at LaVille Elementary School in Lakeville, Indiana.  Our scope of work included site demolition, tree clearing, earth moving, foundation excavation, prepping stone sub base for the building pad and new sidewalks, rerouting a water main around the perimeter of the school, installing all new storm sewer drainage and restoring the site with topsoil.   

Larson Danielson Construction hired Grove Excavating to assist in the construction of a new parking lot entry and gateway for the Century Center in South Bend Indiana.  Our scope of work  included pavement demolition, curb removal, attendant booth removal, site grading, adjusting a large manhole casting to grade and placing new compacted aggregate subbase. 

Grove Excavating provided the earthwork at Penn High School Soccer Stadium in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Our scope of work required us to remove and haul away the existing concrete bleacher pads and parts of the sidewalk, place stone subbase for the new bleacher pads, excavate the foundation for two columns and site restoration.    

Grove Excavating was hired to perform the site work at Harris Township Park.  Our scope of work included selective site demolition, foundation excavation for two new pavilions, stone subbase for pavilion building pads and sidewalks, drainage improvements and site restoration.     

Grove Excavating was hired to assist in a classroom addition at Meadows Edge Elementary School in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Our scope of work required us to remove and haul away the existing concrete sidewalk and patio, excavate for the new building foundation, stone subbase for building pad and site restoration.  We completed this project ahead of schedule and within the project budget.      

Grove Excavating successfully completed the site work for the Pulaski Park Renovation project in South Bend, IN.  The project presented several challenges do to encountering abandoned utilities and infrastructure.  Through careful planning and coordination with the project team, we overcame these challenges to complete the surface demolition, erosion control, site clearing, site cut and fill, water service, sanitary sewer service, storm sewer, parking lot grading, limestone running path, finish grading and respreading topsoil.  

Grove Excavating was hired to provide commercial site work services for the renovation of an existing building in Elkhart, IN.  Our scope of work included exterior pavement demolition, selective exterior wall demolition, interior CMU wall demolition, interior concrete floor removal, grease trap installation and site grading.  The interior demolition portion of this project was critical to completing this work safely.  Our crews safely removed the interior concrete floor and CMU walls without damaging the structural integrity of the building.  

Grove Excavating was hired to perform site work for a 15,300 square foot building addition in Elkhart, Indiana.  Our scope of work required us to clear trees, strip the site, enlarge a retention pond, fill/compact the building pad, excavate for the foundation, install downspout drains and restore the site with topsoil when completed.  

Brown and Brown General Contractors hired Grove Excavating to perform the site work activities for a building addition to the South Bend Fire Department Training Facility.  We were required to remove a large portion of the parking lot, excavate/backfill for building footers, install a new sanitary sewer lateral, install new storm sewer, connect gutter downspouts to the new storm sewer, site grading and placing compacted aggregate subbase.  Our scope was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.   

R. Yoder Construction hired Grove Excavating to perform the earthwork for the Concord Schools Summer Renovations and Sidewalks Project in Elkhart, Indiana.  Our scope of work included pavement demolition, earthwork, grading and restoring the site with topsoil once the sidewalk was placed.   

Grove Excavating was hired to assist in renovations to the exterior entrance and landscaping at Prarie Vista Elementary School in Granger, Indiana.  Our scope of work required us to remove the brick and mortar pavers at the entrance of the school, concrete sidewalk removal, tree removal, stripping the existing lawn, placing topsoil and grading for sod.   Our scope of work was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
